ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS

The Board of Directors of Meadowwood Park Ranch Estates, Inc. Property Owners Association invites all Members to attend the Annual Meeting.

Date: Sunday, January 11, 2026

Time: 3:00 PM (Doors open at 2:00 PM)

Location: Fairfield Inn & Suites | 351 Market Center Drive, Terrell, TX 75160

Agenda highlights include:

• Election of the Board of Directors
• Association updates and reports
• Other member business

Before the meeting:

• Lunch will be provided at 2:30 PM, in place of the rained-out Community Day in October.

Following the meeting:

• A friendly game of bingo will be played immediately after the meeting concludes.
• A 1-Year Complimentary Dues Raffle* will be held for attending property owners (one entry per property). *The meeting must reach a quorum of 20% of property owners for the raffle to occur, requiring attendance by a minimum of 33 separate property owners.

QUARTERLY MEETING OF DIRECTORS

Time: 7:00 PM (Doors open at 6:00 PM)

Location: Fairfield Inn & Suites | 351 Market Center Drive, Terrell, TX 75160

Agenda highlights include:

• Conducting regular business of the Board of Directors
• Review of financial and committee reports
• Consideration of old and new business matters within the authority of the Board
• Taking Board action, as appropriate

This meeting date was established at the Annual Meeting of Members and published in the approved minutes. It remains available via the MPRE Owner Portal calendar, is posted on the MPRE Communication Board above the community mailboxes, is included in the Association’s quarterly newsletter, and is supplemented by email reminders to Members.
