Title companies, closing agents, lenders, attorneys, property owners, and other authorized parties may use this page to submit closing-related requests for properties located within Meadowwood Park Ranch Estates.

Requests may include resale certificates, resale certificate updates, statements of unpaid assessments, refinance information, lender questionnaires, payoff information, ownership transfer documentation, and other transaction-related information.

Requests are processed in accordance with applicable law, the Association's governing documents, adopted policies, and fee schedules in effect at the time the request is submitted. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay processing.

Before submitting a request, please ensure all available property, ownership, transaction, and delivery information has been gathered. Complete and accurate submissions help avoid processing delays and allow the Association to provide requested information as efficiently as possible.

Standard processing may require up to ten (10) business days following receipt of a complete request. Expedited processing may be available for an additional fee, subject to Association availability and acceptance.
